    Information Conflict There is some confusion between the dates given on the headstone saying he died in 1760 aged 55 years (implies born in 1705) and the record from the LDS. The dates given on the headstone “seem” to be for James’ father James Dewar who married Eupham Mackie, and was the son of Georg Dewar and Catherin Reed - Roger 16 Mar 2009
