Medals awarded to Thomas Wells Harrison Lansberry

Photo supplied by David Goble shows the medals that were awarded to Thomas Wells Harrison Lansberry following his service in West Africa during World War One. Dave also supplied a copy of the card detailing the awarding of these medals.

They are from left to right 1914/1915 Star. The British War Medal, and the Victory medal. Dave notes: “At the time of issue they were rather poorly referred to as Pip, Squeak and Wilfred.”
